延長(zhǎng)至黃龍高速公路是陜西省“十三五”規(guī)劃實(shí)現(xiàn)“縣縣通高速”目標(biāo)的重點(diǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，該路的通車(chē)不僅可以有效地拉動(dòng)陜北經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，改變革命老區(qū)貧困落后面貌，而且對(duì)于推動(dòng)區(qū)域旅游事業(yè)的發(fā)展、改善區(qū)域投資環(huán)境，促進(jìn)陜西經(jīng)濟(jì)全面、協(xié)調(diào)、持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展具有重要作用。由我公司承建的延黃高速LM03合同段，路線起于鐵龍灣樞紐立交（K108+086）與青蘭高速相接，止于安善村（K170+188）與在建的蒲白黃高速公路順接，跨宜川、黃龍兩縣，全長(zhǎng)61.9公里。

By my company for the construction of the delay of yellow LM03 contract section, longwan route from iron hub interchange (K108 + 086) into the dragonhead high-speed, stop tepe malyan village (K170 + 188) and the Pope huang highway under construction and across YiChuan, huanglong county, total length of 61.9 km.
